The Barnabas Road Listener Service Center is designed to assist your audience in tuning in over the internet. The BRM Listener Service Center has a self-diagnostic section where most listeners can see their problem cited and the resolution to their problem explained.

Those not finding the solution to their more common problems can then enter their information into a customer service form and our Help-Desk personnel will respond to the issues during normal business hours.

We use network diagnostic software to check internet connections and our multiple years of problem resolving experience to guide your listener into the reception of your streaming broadcast.
